- 2 cups grated white yautía
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil with achiote
- In a medium container mix the grated yautía with the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
- In a deep skillet add the oil. Heat and pour the mixture by tablespoons and fry until golden brown.
