Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated white yautía
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil with achiote

Instructions 

  • In a medium container mix the grated yautía with the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
  • In a deep skillet add the oil. Heat and pour the mixture by tablespoons and fry until golden brown.
