- 1 pie crust
- 4 ripe mangoes (sliced in half moons)
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. mango liqueur
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the dough in the mold, flatten and remove the leftovers. Place the diced mangoes on the dough in a circular shape.
- In a medium bowl mix the eggs, flour and sugar. Add the mango liqueur and heavy cream. Pour the mixture over the mangoes.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- NOTE: You can substitute the eggs for egg beater.
