cooked octopus

minced green bell pepper

cup
minced red bell pepper

minced onion

garlic

fresh cilantro

capers

pure olive oil

vinegar or lemon juice
salt to taste
Instructions
In a salad bowl add all the ingredients and season to taste.
Serve over green salad.
NOTE: You can fill a ripe avocado, serve on tostones or fill mofongo.
